Office Hours

Office hours are by appointment only. All appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Flexible scheduling including evening and weekend appointments are available. For those who are out of town or have scheduling problems, I offer an intensive weekend program that can be customized for each client's needs.

Intensive programs can be arranged from 3-10 hours of therapy. This is intensive but a good solution for those who are out of state or have to travel more than 2 hours. Can't come in on a weekend? I can arrange this during the week as well. Motels are nearby for your overnight stay in the area.

What to expect

The first visit is to get a detailed history in order to make an accurate diagnosis of the presenting problem. The 90 minute session also allows time to give evaluation and feedback and the best way to proceed with follow-up. Homework and reading assignments are usually given. Any diagnostic testing or medication concerns will be discussed.

Follow-up visits are also scheduled for 90 minutes. Appointments are ideally scheduled every 2-3 weeks. Weekly appointments generally do not allow time to get homework assignments done and appointments longer than every 3 weeks slow down the progress of therapy.
